Marendkeller

Marendkeller & Reindlessen

Marend
The Italians have their "marenda" and the Spanish their "merienda"; the Tyroleans like "a guate Marend".
The Duden dictionary defines Marende as "Tyrolean for a snack" - the traditional bite to eat in the afternoon with the obligatory bread, Tiroler Speck speciality ham and hard Bergkäse cheese.
Reindlessen
"Reindlessen" is a hearty Tyrolean dish prepared in the frying pan - roast pork or, roast lamb, spare ribs ("Ripperl"), Gröstl potato dish or Kasspatzln noodles.
The Marendkeller is ideal for private parties. Significant birthdays, Christmas and office parties… (almost) everything is possible in the Marendkeller. This rustic cellar is also available to hire.
